I am subleasing my fully furnished studio apartment at iLive Tempelhof for a month (24.12.2023. to 24.01.2024.), which is suitable for students and young professionals. The apartment is suitable for a single person. It has a fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom, 200x120 bed, and a working desk with an office chair, and plenty of storage space all around (wardrobe, under-the-bed storage, etc.). Also has a large balcony on the 4th floor facing the west.
The building has a shared laundry room in the basement (3.5e for washing and 2.5e for dryers). Building is quite modern with communal areas, gym, and a rooftop terrace with a basketball court and great views. Your neighbours are really friendly. :)
- 10 minutes walk to Hermannstr. S+U
- 3 minute walk to a bus station at Eschersheimer Str.
- 3 minute walk to Aldi; 7 to 8 minute walk to Lidl
- 3 minute walk to a nearby bakery with a DHL paketstation
- 10 minutes walk to Tempelhof feld
Since it's short term lease, abmeldung is not possible.
Rent breakdown is:
475e monthly rent + 175e for operating costs (internet, heating, cable TV, and everything else) = 750e (all included)
I would also ask for a deposit of 300e.
