Summer in Berlin

I will not be in Berlin from the 7th of July till the 31st of July.

-I pay 310 euro per month all inclusive with internet/water/Vattenfall, so I calculated that the rent for the whole period is about 10 euro per day which would make 250 euro, inclusive internet.
-26 sq. meter, with kitchen and bathroom 
-excellent location: less then 10 minutes by foot from Potsdamer Platz, park Tiergarten around the corner and surrounded by Turkish supermarkets to do healthy, cheap shopping in the lively Potsdamerstrasse.
-a fully equipped gym available in the building, as well as washing machines (2 euro/washing)
-furnished
-the room has a 5 meter wall, consisting entirely of windows on the East, with thick curtains that keep out light.
-coins for the washing machines cost 2 euro per coin.

!!!ONLY STUDENTS IN BERLIN!!! can get the authorization of Studentenwerk to live in this house for these weeks. A summer course of German at an official institution also counts, and if you can prove you start to study at the start of the Wintersemester 2014, you might get the permission as well.

=>mind: I will have moved my stuff out already by then, the furniture that is left over is that of Studentenwerk itself: a bed, desk, kitchen, cupboard, chair, lamp,... I will make sure that basics for cooking and eating are present in the room and I will do my best to leave towels and bed linen.
