I am moving out of my 1-bedroom apartment in the first week of July and looking for someone to take over the lease. Here are the details:

End of June/First week of July 2018 – can be negotiated by a few days here or there.
Size and layout
45 sq. meters, completely refurbished in September 2017. Located on the 6th floor with elevator.
1 bedroom, 1 hall, separate kitchen, 1 bathroom, private cellar
The apartment has large windows facing a courtyard.
Rent & Deposit
Rent - 948 euros per month includes hot and cold water and heating charges
Other charges - electricity (22 euros as of now, depends on usage of course) + internet
Deposit - 3 months’ cold rent = 2250 euros. Can be paid in up to 3 instalments.
Furnishings
Kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher and induction stove.
The rest of the apartment is unfurnished but we could discuss the possibility of selling some of the current furniture and fixtures.
