We are going away for one year to work abroad and we are subletting our beautiful flat in Wedding for the whole period starting end of August/ early September 2016.
The flat is brand new with a modern fitted kitchen, all wooden floor, brand new bathroom and living room, and complete bedroom.
It is a strictly non-smoking flat and is located in the uber cool Malplaquetstrasse, in Wedding. All amenities nearby among them: cardstadt, Turkish market, lots of cool restaurants and wine bar. And the beautiful Plotzensee is just a 15 min bike ride.
The flat is ideally located, with easy access to Mitte and most Berlin neighborhoods thanks to the UBahn and Sbahn (Leopoldplatz, U9 and U5, S-Bahn Wedding 15 min walk).
The flat is only suitable for a couple or 1 person, and no WG, sorry. It is located in a very quiet building; therefore, please be quiet when living there.
