Hi people,
I m renting out my place from 7th to 12th of December. Its a 45sqm flat: living room/bedroom, corridore, toilet and separate kitchen . Its a inhabited house, so fully provided, yeah there is internet, the walls are thick so its warm in Winter and fresh in Summer. I ve a ping-pong to play out of the window (now maybe pretty cold), Im at the ground floor on the backyard, it overlooks the garden and is not on the street so its super quiet. The sound of the bell of the church from the living room, at 6pm. Alles, Mehr.
Cool neighborhood (inside/outside the building - Aber No Party In Da House, bitte :)) -
The flat is 5 min walk from Gesundbrunnen and Pankstrasse, 2 min from the Tram station and pretty close to Osloer. So u have all the S-bhan you want, U8-U9 and M14-50 around. Supermarkets, bakeries, spetti 24h, turkish, bars...the just baked croissants at sunrise.
I will do visits on Tuesday & Wednesday. No restrictions of gender, couple...The flat can host up to 3 people. A third people would add a 50Euro, and a small deposit.
