Hallo,
ich gebe mein 1-Zimmer Apartment in Wedding ab.
Es handelt sich um eine Studentenwohnung im 5. Stock eines Neubaus mit Aufzug.

Meine Miete geht noch bis zum 31.03.2021 also kann entweder ab sofort per Untermiete gewohnt werden oder gleich die Miete übernommen werden, sofern die Gesellschaft dem zustimmt.

S-Bahn Wedding ist direkt um die Ecke und es gibt auch direkt einen Netto nebenan.
Im Keller gibt es einen Waschraum, den man benutzen kann.
Auch eine Art Schrank im Keller gehört zum Mietpreis dazu.

In den 539€ ist Internet und Heizung inbegriffen, Strom muss extra bezahlt werden. Ich zahle aktuell etwa 600€ im Monat insgesamt.

Das Apartment ist voll möbliert, nur eine Matratze muss selber mitgebracht werden.

Immatrukulationsbescheiniung oder Azubivertrag

Die Dokumente müssen bei der Besichtigung nicht mitgebracht werden, sind aber für die eigentliche Mietung dringend notwendig.

I rent out my 20m student studio, between Wedding and Hubmolthain stations, it's on the 5th floor, bright and with elevator. It is furnished with some items, including table and bed (no mattress though), it has a small kitchenet and shower of it's own, you have access to a small cellar, and parking space for your bike.

The contract will be with the agency (I'm also student myself and lived here for ~2y).

The needed documents are:
Complete self-disclosure, according to IVR template (http://www.riebeling.eu/vermietung/)
Copies of identity cards. (Front and back of resident and possibly deviating contractual partner).
Proof of creditworthiness which guarantees the payment of rent (three salary statements or the employment contract).
Certificate of matriculation, training contract or similar for properties used by students.
The rent should be 539 euros including internet and heating (the electricity is separate).
