I am offering a private studio apartment from campus viva. It is fully furnished and has very nice connection to the city centre. It was built in 2016, clean and heating is working well so very warm even in winter. It is not really a big room but you can also use common area with nice couches in the ground floor.

This apartment is located in wedding, 5 minutes away from S / U Gesundbrunnen station ( with S25 / S26 / S2 / S1 / S41 / S42 / U8 and RE ), and tram station Grüntaler Str. It has very nice connection to Berlin city center. A big shopping center ( there are Rewe, Aldi, H & M, TK Max, rossman, DM, Media Markt etc... ) is 3 minutes away by walking.

Furnishing :
The room is furnished with bed, desk, closet, private kitchen and bathroom. There is a basement cellar where you can keep your stuff. There is common room, small fitness room in the ground floor, BBQ grill outside, vending machine with food and coffee, washing machine in the downstairs ( cost 2.5 € )

Registration :
Registration is possible. After moving to the apartment, the house owner will give you a document to submit to the registration office.
