I am moving from Berlin and offering my apartment for rent, the building in the lovely Lüderitzstr in Wedding

The 1-room apartment is located on the 6th floor with an elevator. The big room has four windows, so it’s always bright with sunlight. It is unfurnished, optionally you can take over the Wardrobe, Sofa bed, Reading table and Lamp.

Overall, the apartment has a large room, a modern bathroom, and a kitchen with a fitted kitchen connected to a big balcony (The Kitchen is just 3-month-old and for sale).

The Seestrasse and Rehberge (U6) underground stations are just a few minutes' walk away. For drivers, the motorway (A100 - Seestrasse) is in the immediate vicinity.

FAQ: Pets are allowed but prior approval from the Landlord is needed.
