Subletting my apartment for all of November and some days in December

I‘m gone for a couple of weeks and my apartment will be up for sub-renting

1 Room - big bed 180x200
1 kitchen, with most utensils
1 bathroom with shower
Internet
Elevated ground floor
Very bright even though in the patio (windows on two sides of the apartment)
Quiet neighborhood
You will almost never hear the neighbors, sometimes I wonder if I even have any.
Great bar in the neighborhood: Bademeister
Close to the lake: good for jogging or walks
15-20 minutes to Alexanderplatz, Friedrichshain, Prenzlauerberg
Good connection with public transportation
Good variety of grocery stores (organic food stores as well)
Unlike most Berlin toilets, I like to keep mine clean and it doesn’t have a nasty black bottom

I‘m always gone for work so my apartment looks messy on the pics that I took in the little time I had. Don’t worry, It’ll be cleaned and organized for when you move in
