Schöne Studioartige Wohnung mit besonderem Flair.

Ich vermiete meine Wohnung vom 1.1.2021 bis zum 1.8.2021 im Prenzlauer Berg. Nah an Mitte.
Es ist ein ein ehemaliger Laden also Erdgeschoss, welchen ich liebevoll als Wohnung umgestaltet habe. Die Größe beträgt 35 qm und es gibt sehr hohe Decken und ein hellen Charme!
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Straße und es ist sehr harmonisches Wohnen und man hat gleichzeitig sein eigenes Studio. Ich habe mich die letzten 3 Jahre hier nie unwohl gefühlt.
Da die meisten Möbel selber reingebaut sind, ist es mir wichtig das Du gut auf diese aufpasst. Besonders auf meine Küche! Ich habe keinen Ofen, aber Kochplatten!
(Rauchen kannst Du gern so viel wie du willst, nur bitte nicht in der Wohnung.)
Im Sommer kann man gut davor sitzen und über Pflanzen vor der Wohnung freuen sich die Leute auch, falls Du Bock hast einen Vorgarten anzulegen - go for it!

I rent my flat from 1.1.2021 to 1.8.2021 in Prenzlauer Berg. Close to the centre.
It is a former shop on the ground floor, which I have lovingly converted into a flat. The size is 35 sqm and there are very high ceilings and a bright charm!
The flat is in a very quiet street and it is very nice harmonious living and you have your own studio at the same time. I have never felt uncomfortable here for the last 3 years.
Since most of the furniture is self made, it is important to me that you take good care of it. Especially my kitchen! I don't have a stove, but hotplates!
(You can smoke as much as you like, but please don't smoke in the flat)
In summer you can sit in front of it and people are happy about plants in front of the flat, if you want to create a front garden - go for it!
