Nice flat on the Kanal, free from 19.05 till 02.06

Hello,
I'm out of Berlin for almost 2 weeks and therefore my flat is available.

The period is from Sunday 19.05.24 till Sunday 02.06.24
The starting date is a bit flexible, a couple of days later would be possible at the end as well maybe.

The flat is 54 m2, NON-smoking, situated on the Kanal in Neukölln, at the border with Alt-Treptow, near Weichselplatz.

I am closing one room, but the rest of the flat is for you to use, which means you will have a kitchen with all you need, a bathroom with a bathtub and a living/sleeping room with a comfy double bed, sofa, armchair, table and 2 chairs and a dresser, plus a nice, sunny balcony facing the quiet inner garden (on the balcony you are allowed to smoke of course ;). Bed sheets and towels will be provided.


There is also a spacious hallway where you can hang your jackets, leave your bags, shoes and so on.

Fast Wi-Fi is available, a washing machine is in the kitchen, where you also have a large frigde and a gas stove to cook your tasty meals, if you like.

The flat is on the second floor, right at the Kanal, less than 10 minutes walk from the U-Bahn station of Rathaus Neukölln and a bunch of minutes from the bus to both Rathaus NK and Treptow or towards the center.

Many nice bars and restaurants are within a 5 minutes walk and Görlitzer Park and Treptower Park are also around the corner.

Usually there is a dog in the flat, just in case anyone is allergic.

I am ideally looking for someone for the whole period.

the price for a single person is 30 euro per day + deposit.
the price for the whole period (14 nights) for a single person is 420 + 250 deposit.

the price for a couple is 33 euro per day.
the price for the whole period (14 nights) for a couple is 460 + 250 deposit.

The deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay, if everything is fine with the flat.
