Hi all, I want to rent my one-room flat for a month or 5-6 weeks starting from March 30 till May 12th (you can decide the move-in and out dates).
🌼 It is a cute and cozy one-room flat, with all the furniture and amenities needed to relax: a small balcony for the morning coffee, a bathtub, a washing machine, a huge couch and a projector for movie nights. A small but well-equipped kitchen is also there to prepare breakfast or cook your in-house meals. The apartment is heated easily.
📍In a quiet street in the beloved Berlin's Bergmannkiez. Hip neighborhood full of cafés, wine-bars, restaurants, street-food stands, parks, flea-market and much more. Easy access close to 2 metro lines and multiple busses.
❕Available at least for a month from the 30th of March till the 12th of May (No Anmeldung). 950€/month warm + 300€ deposit. Normally what I pay as rent is 1000€ but I take away 50€ as it would be amazing if you can send photos of the mails I receive 🙏
