Falls Du mobil bist (Fahrtzeit bis Passau 30 Minuten) und eine saubere und sichere Bleibe bis November 2024 suchst, Du eher ein Bücherwurm anstatt ein Partylöwe bist, sind wir gerne Dein neues, gemütliches Zuhause auf Zeit.

Dein Zimmer ist voll möbliert, hat einen superschönen Balkon und selbstverständliches Dein(e) eigene(s) Dusche / WC.

Die Miete versteht sich einschließlich aller Nebenkosten, so dass es für Dich keine bösen Überraschungen gibt und ist monatlich zahlbar im Voraus.
Im Preis enthalten sind Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Bettwäsche und Handtücher, Wifi und ein Parkplatz.
Kochen und essen kannst Du in unserer Gemeinschaftsküche, die auch als Coworking space mit gemütlicher Tee- / Kaffeelounge genutzt wird.

Untermiete oder Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt.

If you are mobile (travel time to Passau 30 minutes) and looking for a clean and safe place to stay until November 2024, you are more of a bookworm than a party animal, we are happy to be your new, cozy home for a while.

Your room is fully furnished, has a super nice balcony and of course your own shower / toilet.

The rent includes all utilities, so there are no unpleasant surprises for you and is payable monthly in advance.
The price includes electricity, water, heating, bed linen and towels, wifi and a parking space.
You can cook and eat in our shared kitchen, which is also used as a coworking space with a cozy tea / coffee lounge.

Unfortunately, subletting or pets are not allowed.
