Studio apartment one room

Hello dear interested people.
Unfortunately I have to leave my apartment as I will be moving out on 14 of December.

The apartment is from the studententwerk Bremen, in order to take the apartment you need to be a enrolled student.

You need to show last 3 months bank statement so that I have clear idea about the rent you can pay .

The apartment is on the 4rth floor , with all the basic things , example own kitchen with two stove , microwave , study table chair, bed , shoe rack , own washroom , small fridge with frizer , 24/7 internet , radio fee you have to pay as I pay after 3 months 56 euro .

Washing machine and dryer is in the basement , free of charge and also there is a storage area , and common area where you can enjoy with your friends , and there is a playing area , and a place where you can do bar B Q.

Note : This apartment is rented from 15.12.22 till 31.03.2023

And it's without registration remember this so please avoid asking if we can do registration.

Only studententwerk can decide to whom they can give the apartment too.
