günstige, schöne Wohnung mitten im Viertel

Hallo,
ich verreise für 3 Monate und gebe meine schöne Wohnung als Zwischenmiete frei. Die Wohnung ist Souterrain, aber nur zum Teil, der Rest der Wohnung hat ein offenes Dach, sodass es immer schön hell ist in der Wohnung. Küche und Wohnraum sind ein großes Zimmer, Bad und Schlafzimmer sind separierte Räume. Ich stelle alles zur Verfügung, was ihr braucht, um euch in der Wohnung wohl zu fühlen, es gibt z.B. eine Waschmaschine, Geschirr... Außerdem gibt es einen kleinen Innenhof zum Rauchen oder Grillen...
Das tolle ist auch, dass ihr mitten im Viertel seid und umgeben von Bars, Restaurants, diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten... Dennoch ist es nicht laut in der Wohnung, da sie in Richtung Innenhof geht.
Falls ihr interessiert seid, aber etwas andere Einzugs-, bzw. Auszugsdaten habt, meldet euch, vielleicht lässt sich ein Kompromiss finden. Die komplette Wohnung kostet 340€, all in/ pro Monat.

I travel for 3 months and release my beautiful apartment as an intermediate rent. The apartment is a basement, but only partially, the rest of it has an open roof, so it is always bright in the apartment. The kitchen and living room are one large space, the bathroom and bedroom are separated rooms. I provide everything you need to make you feel comfortable in the apartment like there's a washing machine, dishes ... There is also a small courtyard for smoking or grilling ...
The great thing is that you are in the middle of the Viertel and surrounded by bars, restaurants, various shops(REWE, Netto, Alnatura) ... Nevertheless, it is not loud in the apartment, as it goes towards the courtyard.
If you are interested, but you have other moving-in or out dates, get nevertheless in touch with me, maybe a compromise can be found.
The entire apartment costs 340 €, all in / per month.
