is a one-room flat looking onto the street on the 3rd floor, with a lift.
Includes gas central heating, and there are water meters. It
is fully furnished and centrally located (at Oktogon, 15 min
walk from the City park, metro 1, tram 4-6, trolleys
70,76,78, shops, pubs, restaurants) and at the same time in a calm residential area with a great (farmer's) market. The community of the house is excellent, I have the best neighbor, an older lady really helpful and silent. Besides her as an extra, you also get my pianino to play on. Rent:

Transport: tram 4-6, trolleys 76,70,78, metro 1. by foot close to the ruin bars, to the City Park. In summer there are concerts at Hunyadi tér during the day on Saturdays.

Smoking outside on the corridor. Feel free to play the piano. Make sure you check out the Farmer's Market. I am sure you will have a great time in this lovely flat. A Hungarian-French restaurant closeby is highly recommender: M restaurant. The Academy of Music is also a 5 min walking, there are excellent concerts.
