Nice flat to rent located downtown, in the old Jewish quarter, which has been recently become a lively neighbourhood loaded with many bars and eat-outs. However the neighbourhood is bit noisy the apartment is really quiet since the flat looks out onto two interior courtyards.
The apartment is furnished, has a loft bed (suitable for two person), kitchen is well equipped (micro-wave, toaster, fridge, freezer).There is a renovated bathroom with washing mashine, bath and toilet. Towels and linen are provided.
The flat is on Pest side, very close to any kind of transport (metro, bus, trams). Most of the universities (Semmelweis Medical University, ELTE, Corvinus) are in walking distance or few stops by bus or tram.
The apartment is available between October and March for one person or for a couple.
Price:
The renting fee of the flat is 280 EUR per month.
I ask 280 as deposit, which will be given back at the end of the renting period, if no damages in the apartment occurs.
This price does include WIFI-internet and usage of a bike but doesn’t include, heating, gas, water, electricity. These costs are around 75-85 EUR per month, but it very depends on the renter’s habits. Cleaning of the flat can be optionally requested. There is no other fee.
The apartment is located in the city center, close to the metro stop Astoria. The metro and any other kinds of transport is about 5 minutes walk away.
No pets, no smoking in the flat.
The flat is on the 2nd floor, no lift.
