The apartment is on the 1st floor with its own entrance. It is fully furnished, consists of a living room with a small kitchenette and bathroom. All of them belong to you, you don't need to share with other people. The apartment has its own bicycle parking space as well as the car parking place.
Location
The apartment is located in Eschollbrücker Str. 5, 64283 Darmstadt, which is quite close to the city center. Meanwhile, the Tram 1,7,8 can be reached on foot in 2 minutes, the city center can be reached on foot in 12 minutes. There are döner restaurant, Apotheke, REWE, and Hermes Paketshop nearby.

The rent with the Nebenkosten is 377 €. The apartment is only rented for students. That's all you need to pay to the landlord. Besides, you need to pay for the electric power and the internet. The heating (floor heating) costs electricity. In my case, I paid 70€ for the electricity, and 30€ for the internet. So the final rent for me is 377€+70€+30€=477€.

1-Zimer-Wohnung im ruhigen Mehrfamilienhaus
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock, voll möbliert, besitzt eine kleine Küchenzeile im Hauptraum und ein schönes Bad mit Badewanne.
Durch eine große Fensterfront wird der Hauptraum hell und lichtdurchflutet. Das Fenster geht zum Hinterhof hinaus, deshalb ist diese Wohnung sehr ruhig!
Außerdem stehen noch Fahrradabstellplatz und Auto Parkplatz zur Verfügung.
Lage
Die Wohnung liegt auf der Eschollbrücker Str. 5, 64283 Darmstadt, liegt sehr zentral und ihr kommt schnell in die Innenstadt ( ca. 12 Minuten zu Fuß ). Die Straßenbahn 1,7,8 erreichen Sie in 2 Minuten zu Fuß. In direkter Nähe gibt es Döner Shop, Restaurants, Apotheke, REWE und Hermes Paketshop.
Sonstige
Die Kaltmiete (inkl. Nebenkosten) beträgt 377 €. Die Wohnung ist nur für Studenten vermietet. Außerdem müssen Sie nur für Strom und Internet bezahlen. Die Heizung (Bodenheizung) kostet Strom. In meinem Fall habe ich je. Monat 70 € für Strom und 30 € für Internet bezahlt. Die Endmiete für mich beträgt also 377 € + 70 € + 30 € = 477 €.
