Decent single room apartment

I am, basically, looking for just any kind of shelter really. Any apartment that just provides the basic amenities would be just fine. I'm looking for an apartment in Deggendorf, preferably as close as possible to the Deggendorf Institute of Technology, as my semester has already started and I'm in urgent need for an apartment, whose rent would be preferably ranging between 250 - 300 euros. As for my personality, I am a very helpful and kind person and would be willing to help anyone in need. I am also a type of person who would generally mind my own business without creating much fuss about, basically, anything. I don't have much cravings nor do I have any bad habits. So, I am justing saying, I wouldn't cause any trouble for either my roommates or any owners. I would be really grateful if any rooms are available and notified to me regarding the same. Thank you.
