I'm a master's student at TU Dortmund and have been living in this apartment for some months now. I recently got a student dorm at the Uni and hence would like to give up this apartment to a suitable tenant.

The 21 sqm apartment consists of a small hallway, a bed/living room, own bathroom, and a separate inbuilt kitchen (including cooktop, fridge) that has a window and door (so no odor comes into the living room!). The apartment has white walls and a carpeted floor in the bedroom. Washing machines and dryers are available in the basement on a pay per use basis.
The base rent of the apartment is 340 euros which include heating and water charges. An additional 35 euros have to be paid monthly for electricity.

Location
The property is right at the Eichlinghofen H-Bahn stop. It has very good connections to all means of transport:
-Bus 440 in the direction of Hörde and Oespel.
-5 min to the S-Bahn stop Universität.
- 3 min to TU Dortmund with the H-Bahn
-15 min city center Dortmund
-20 min Bochum Hbf

Shopping possibilities nearby
- 5 min by foot: Rewe (approx 200 m), organic market/shop, pharmacy, hairdressers, banks, bakery
- 5 minutes by bus: Netto
- 1 min Divan Restaurant (kebab, pizzeria, pasta)

Parking spaces are available in front of the house, a garage space can be rented if required.
The house is in well-kept condition. Gas central heating is used for heating.
I would leave a study table, mattress, and a kitchen shelf in the apartment.
