Hallo. Ich bin internationaler Student an der TU Dortmund. Ich bin 24 Jahre alt, sehr hygienisch und freundlich. Ich bekomme meine Finanzen über ein Sperrkonto und habe nicht viele Ausgaben.

Ich bin Single, habe keine Haustiere, kein Auto/Fahrrad. Ich mag Fitnessaktivitäten wie ins Fitnessstudio gehen, Radfahren und Trekking. Ich spiele Basketball und Tischtennis. Ich koche nicht viel, aber manchmal gerne. Ich gehe gerne ins Kino, in Konzerte, in Clubs usw.

Derzeit bin ich nicht berufstätig, suche aber einen Studentenjob, um meine Finanzen aufzubessern. Ich habe meinen Bachelor in Informatik gemacht und werde Jobs im gleichen Bereich suchen, die gut bezahlt werden. Davor habe ich als Student ein Nettoeinkommen von 861€ pro Monat, um die Kosten zu decken.

Ich suche eine kleine und günstige Wohnung zum alleine wohnen. Die Wohnung sollte in der Nähe der Universität liegen, muss es aber nicht. Der Zugang zu Bus- und Bahnhöfen sollte einfach und in der Nähe sein, das ist sehr wichtig. Ansonsten habe ich nicht viele Ansprüche.

I’m single, do not have pets, do not have a car/bike. I like fitness activities like going to the gym, cycling and trekking. I play basketball and table tennis. I don’t cook a lot, but I like to some times. I like going out for movies, concerts, clubs, etc.

Currently I am not employed but will be looking for a student job to aid my finances. I have done my bachelors in Informatik and will be looking for jobs in the same field, which pay well. Before that, I will have a net income of 861€ per month to cover costs as a student.

I’m looking for a small and cheap apartment to live alone. The apartment should be close to the university, but it is not necessary. Access to bus and train stations should be easy and close, that is very important. I don’t have many requirements otherwise.
