One-room apartment in the Neustadt (ALL-INCLUDED RENT)

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for a Single Large Standard Apartment in Home&CO Dresden North, located at Holzhofgasse 1.

It's a very comfortable, fully furnished space on the 2nd floor, available from November 1, 2023, with my contract running until March 31, 2024.

I'll be terminating my contract, you'll sign a new one until the end of March, which you can extend then as long as you like.

About the Apartment:

It has everything you need for day-to-day living: a built-in kitchen, a private bathroom with a shower, and a cozy space that include a desk and a neat library. The floor is equipped with underfloor heating, which is quite nice in the winter.
The all-in rent is €569 per month, which includes all utilities and internet. Washing machines and dryers are available in the laundry room for an additional €2.5 per use.

If you drive, there's also an option to rent a parking space in the underground garage.

As a renter in the building, you also have (included in the rent)

1- Gym room with bikes, mats, and weights.
2- Coworking/study room
3- Lounge with a TV
4- Billard Room
5- Terrace at the rooftop with an incredible view of the Neustadt.

Ich suche jemanden, der meinen Mietvertrag für ein Single Large Standard Apartment in Home&CO Dresden North in der Holzhofgasse 1 übernimmt.

Es handelt sich um ein sehr komfortables, voll möbliertes Apartment im 2. Stock, das ab dem 1. November 2023 verfügbar ist. Mein Vertrag läuft noch bis zum 31. März 2024.

Ich werde meinen Vertrag beenden, du wirst einen neuen bis Ende März unterschreiben, den du dann beliebig verlängern kannst.

Über das Apartment:

Es bietet alles, was man für den Alltag braucht: eine Einbauküche, ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und einen gemütlichen Raum, der einen Schreibtisch und eine ordentliche Bibliothek umfasst. Der Boden ist mit einer Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet, was im Winter sehr angenehm ist.
Die All-In-Miete beträgt 569 € pro Monat und beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten sowie Internet. Waschmaschinen und Trockner stehen im Waschraum gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 2,5 € pro Nutzung zur Verfügung.

Wenn du ein Auto hast, besteht auch die Möglichkeit, einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage zu mieten.

Als Mieter im Gebäude hast du außerdem Zugang zu (in der Miete inbegriffen):
