THE APARTMENT IS AVAILABLE IF YOU ARE READING THIS POST !!!
I am Amit Chauhan and I am looking for a tenant to take over my wonderful apartment in the heart of Neustadt from 1st August 2018 till 31st August 2018.
The new building is well located on the main Bautzner Straße 24 opposite to REWE. The apartment is on the 1st floor with a Balcony with proper Sun and fresh air.
Highlights of the apartment:
1: Bed frame with a possibility of storage.
2: Wardrobe
3: Study table with two chairs.
4: Partly furnished kitchen with ceramic hobs, extractor fan, sink and a studio apartment fridge.
5: A big Balcony with plenty of Sunlight and fresh air for the ventilation.
6: Elevator
7: Laundary roomat the basement
8: Parking with an additional charge of 30 Euros per month only if needed.
What I find best about the apartment is its location:
1: Quiteness in the centre of Neustadt.
2: REWE and dm are hardly 1 minute walk.
3: Louisenstraße is 100 min away with the best of Neustadt night life for those who love it:)
3: Tram 11, 6 and 13 are just 1 minute walk from the building.
4: S- Bahn can be taken from Bahnhof Neustadt which is 10 minutes on foot or 2 two stops with tram 11 and 6.
Alternatively, one can go directly go to the Bischofsplatz using tram 13.
5: Altstadt and Elbe river bank are on a walkable distance and perfect for walk and running.
The apartment is perfect for a single person and I personally I love the apartment as everything you want in Dresden is very near.
The Balcony is best place to sit in the Sun and to have fresh air.
