Hello, I am looking for a new tenant for my flat in Home & Co Dresden South student residence.
Please note that, the rooms is smaller than it seems in the photos. You might find it relatively small!
The rent of the flat is 419 €
The following costs are already included in the rent :

Plus there will be a deposit payment of 838€ and one times 150€ service fee.
The apartment is available from 01.12.2023 till 30.09.2024. The Owner of the flat, Home&Co makes contracts each year . So, you can extend your contract.
The flat has following:

single bed which can be used as a desk at the same time
A wardrobe,

A kitchenette with fridge and stove

A private bathroom (Bathrom is rather big compare to living room)

Plus, If you want I can also give away a small oven, small cutlery , some cups and plates.
The view of flat is great and open, the room is bright and the old building is nice too.
However, the apartment is relatively small for me. So I want to move into a larger flat : )
There is a bicyle storage and residence have washing (2.5€) and drying machines(2€).

The residence is located in Altstadt near Elbe with Neustadt and the historical centre within your reach in 10min by bus/tram and 30 minutes on foot . You can easily reach Public transport network .
There is a bus and a tram stop just outside the building. There is a Mensa near by and supermarkets 5min away by walking.

City Registration is possible after you move-in
Please note that since I'll transfer the rental contract to you , according to contract you'll need to rent the house till 30.09.2024. So shorter rental periods are not possible.
If you want to rent the apartment I'll send you a link for registering Home & Co Dresden and you'll make rest of renting procedure ( payment and contract) with them.
