Über einen Aufzug und das Treppenhaus ist sie bequem zu erreichen.

Die Wohnung verfügt insgesamt über zwei Zimmer, eine große Wohnküche, ein bequemes Bad und Flur. Das Angebot umfasst aber nur eines der beiden Zimmer. Der andere Raum ist von der Wohnfläche bereits abgezogen.

Das Herz der WHG bildet die Wohnküche mit Anrichte, Essplatz, Cerankochfeld, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, TV-Platz, Schlafcouch, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Hifi-Anlage, etc.

Basis Internet ist vorhanden.

Im raumhoch gefliesten Bad findest du neben typischem Badmobiliar eine Badewanne zum Entspannen und die Waschmaschine.

One room apartment (part time shared flat)

To let is fully furnished, spacious, fully equipped, sunny 55 square meter apartment with high ceilings located in the third floor of a well renovated early 20th century building.

It is easily accessible via lift and staircase.

In total the apartment comprises two rooms, a big, combined kitchen and living room, a convenient bath room plus lobby. However, this proposal comprises one of the two rooms only. The floor space of this second room is already deducted from the available area.

The core of the apartment is the kitchen and living room equipped with stove, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, place for TV, sofa, sound system, etc.

Basic Internet access is available.

In the bathroom amongst others, you will find the washing machine and a bathtub.
The room to let is equipped with desk, chair, cupboard, and bed. The wardrobe you will find in the lobby.

I am looking for responsible single person to become the new tenant. Since I am most of the time on business trip I will be very absent mostly. However, if am in Dresden I will use the second room to staying in town. So the concept can be defined also as part time shared flat or flat with temporary guest.
