Located a five minute walk away from Münchener Platz (Tram line 3) as well as Südvorstadt (Tram line 8) and Bernhardstraße (Bus line 61), it takes 10 Minutes to get to the SLUB and 20 Minutes to get to the Neustadt. Central yet tranquil. The mid 1990s standard bathroom has a window and contains a shower. The kitchenette/pantry includes a fridge and 2 electric stove-tops as well as a two-door wall cupboard and cabinet under the sink. The shutters can provide absolute darkness, if required. However sitting on the balkony you can enjoy some fresh air. Unless there is a world wide pandemic, you have quite a few good restaurant options nearby. You can wash your clothes in the community laundry room in the basement. It is well kept and one washing or drying cycle costs 50 ct.

Please bear in mind, that I am the current tenant, looking for someone to replace me. The property management company may change the conditions as part of the negotiation of your lease.

Die angebotene teilmöblierte 1-Zi-Wohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe zur TU Dresden mit großem Balkon ist ideal für Studenten, Singles und Pendler. Ein Stellplatz muss mit angemietet werden und ist in der angegebenen Kaltmiete enthalten. Der Mietvertrag enthält grundsätzlich einen 2-jährigen Kündigungsausschluss!

Laminat in Flur und Wohnbereich; Fliesen im Duschbad. Rollläden vor allen Fenstern ermöglichen eine komplette Verdunkelung bei Bedarf. Einbaupantryküche: Ober- und Unterschrank-Kombination, Kühlschrank-Kochfeld-Spülen-Kombination (Kitchenette); großer Süd-West-Balkon;

Kurzer Hinweis zur Pantry: es gibt genau 2 Kochfelder, die vertikal angeordnet sind. Ich bin Linkshänder und die Kochfelder sind vergleichsweise nah an der angrenzenden Wand. Wenn man also mehr als Nudeln mit Sauce kochen will, oder 3-Gänge-Menüs für mehrere Gäste zubereiten will, hat man ein Problem.

Das Mobiliar, welches gegen eine Abstandszahlung von 50 Euro übernommen werden kann, besteht aus einem Kleiderschrank, einem Handtuchhalter, einem (Schreib-)Tisch mit zwei Stühlen und einer Balkongarnitur, ebenfalls aus einem Tisch und zwei Stühlen bestehend;
