Ich suche einen Nachmieter ab dem 01.04 oder 15.04 für meine schöne, helle Wohnung direkt an der Uni mit bodentiefen Fenstern und hochwertigem Parkettboden sowie modernem Badezimmer. Einbauküche, Balkon und Aufzug sind vorhanden, außerdem bereits installierte Verdunkelungsrollos außen und ein Spiegel im Badezimmer. Es stehen ein Kellerabteil und überdachte Fahrradstellplätze zur Verfügung. Im Keller befinden sich für Mieter frei zugängliche Waschmaschinen und Trockner sowie ein Trockenraum. Die Wohnung ist praktisch geschnitten und befindet sich in zentraler aber ruhiger Lage in einem gepflegten Neubau aus dem Jahr 2015. Die Nachbarn sind ruhig und freundlich und Hausmeister und Hausverwaltung sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Ich möchte die Wohnung möbliert vermieten, gegen eine Ablöse von 450 Euro.
