1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Derendorf

Wie gesagt, für Studenten der HSD kann die Lage nicht mehr besser sein! Ich bin selber auch Studentin da und bin jedes Mal erst 15 Minuten vor Vorlesungsbeginn aufgewacht xD

Ansonstens ist die Lage selbst super! In der Nähe liegt die S-Bahnhaltestelle D-Derendorf. Dort fahren die S1, S11 & S6. In 6 Minuten erreichst du den Hbf, oder auch in 6 Minuten - den Flughafen! Zum Hbf kannst du auch mit der 704 fahren, die nur 200 meter von dem Wohnheim entfernt ist. Außerdem gibt's auch meine Lieblings 701, mit der fährst du zur Nordstraße - ne coole Gegend mit vielen coolen Laden und Cafes. Fährst du bisschen weiter dann erreichst du schon die Shopping Heaven - Schadowstraße :)

Kaufland, Dm, Apotheke, Post, usw liegen alle auf Professor-Neyses-Platz, und zu diesem musst du nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß gehen!

As I mentioned before, the apartment is on the Campus of the HSD so it's simply more than perfect for those who study there! :D

But not only that, it's also near the S-Bahn Derendorf, the stop of S1, S11 & S6. With any of these, you'll reach the main station in 6 minutes! Or in other direction - also in 6 minutes - the International Airport! Meanwhile, located just 200 meters away from the apartment is tram 704 - an alternative to go to the station. If you ever feel like visiting my favorite neighborhood - Nordstraße with its charming shops and cafes - you can take the 701, which is just a 5-minute walk from home. This one also takes you to the one and only Schadowstraße :)

Kaufland (huge huge supermarket), Dm, pharmacy, post office,.. all locate on the square of Professor-Neyses-Platz, which is literally just another 3 minute stroll!

Alle Nichtraucher sind herzlich willkommen! Voraussetzung ist aber, dass du selber Student bist (musst nicht unbedingt von der HSD) und Sauberkeit schätzt :)

All non-smokers are welcome! The only requirement is that you have to be a student yourself (not necessarily from the HSD) and prioritize cleanliness :)
