Hi,

I have to move to some other city for one year for my studies and Unfortunately, I need to leave my lovely fully furnished apartment. My landlady is very helpful, very kind and workaholic too. We live together in this two bedroom fully furnished the apartment with one cute dog ( don't bite :) as a family.


This is a totally fully furnished apartment with all the facilities available here. You just need to bring your clothes, that's it.

In this beautiful apartment, you will find two bathrooms, one fully fitted kitchen, one big sitting room, garden, one small balcony with sofas and chair and my spacious bedroom ( size: 17 m2 approx). You have access to use everything in this house. Nothing is prohibited. Total apartment size: approx 65.

This apartment is 10 minutes walking distance from Eltville station.
Lidl, Rewe and Eltville market is very nearby. The location of the apartment is very good, one side Rhein river and the other side grapes tree.

I am just offering my room for one year because I will come back soon after finishing my studies.


Note: Available from 15th October 2018. Minimum contract period is 6 months.
