This room is cozy and neat. The room size is proper for 1 person, not too small not too big. All furniture needed for living is in the room (desk, chairs, wardrobe, bed, bookshelves, desk lamp, small shelves, cabinetry, kitchen table, sink, refrigerator, electric hot plate, waste-bin, shoe-rack, drying rack, microwave, air-fryer). In front of my room is the bathroom. We share the bathroom with 7 other rooms, but I rarely bump into other mates. new laundry machine and laundry dryer are in the Keller. There are several drying racks for public use. All of my neighbors are quiet and neat, so the sharing bathroom and corridor are always clean. 175 € is Warmmiete include Strom, Wasser, and Heizung. Internet is excluded, but I share the WiFi with a neighbor paying 10 € per month. So, total fee is 185 €.
