The residential complex at Färberhof is ideally located to the city, 2 minutes by bike to the Arcaden, 5 minutes to Hugo and 7 minutes to the Kollegienhaus. Bus lines go right outside the door. The garage parking space is already included in the rent. Although in the vicinity of the motorway exit Erlangen center, due to the location facing the courtyard very quiet.
