Hi, I have a studio apartment of 22 sq.m. in the heart of the city. The apartment is managed by an rental agency. The room consists of a kitchenette and a private toilet cum shower. The apartment is fully furnished and is ready to move in from 01/08/2020. There is a communal washing machine in the basement that costs 1.5 euro per wash and it is free to use the dryer. The rent is € 355 and the costs for room heating and running water (cold) is 60 euros extra. These two costs are directly paid to the landlord. The tenant must bear the cost for electricity (and hot water) and I pay around 25 per month. Internet and GEZ costs to be borne by the tenant.

I have a sofa bed,shoe rack,tea table*2 ,tiny stool to sell and they cost only 100 euros. The sofa bed offers a pretty good comfort and two people can comfortably sleep in it.
In addition there is a study table and big enough mirror in the washroom.
