Cozy Studio Apartment with Lovely Balcony

I’m looking for a tenant to take over my lovely cozy studio.

The furniture is bought and installed by me, taking the property’s characteristics into account. Details are on the bottom.

The apartment has been optimized and improved by me to make the best out of the living experience. I have given a lot of thoughts into the arrangement of the furnishing as below:

As you can see in the photos, the main feature of this studio apartment is the blind, which separates the main space into two different areas. (the bedroom and the living room) With this, you could have a clearer boundary between your day time and night time, which I personally find very important.

In the kitchen, I have installed a foldable shelf that gives extra space when cooking, which fits perfectly in this small apartment. I also bought a small dishwasher and a small washing machine that fits just right into the apartment, which I would like to hand over to the next tenant.

Last but not the least, the balcony has been newly equipped by me since Summer 2021. There is a very nice set of woven balcony furniture. I even installed a fence that gives the balcony more privacy and artificial grass that gieves out summer-ish vibes. From March to October, I spend a lot of time there on the balcony, reading and listening to music, etc.

There is basic furniture that is provided by the landlord, but there are things that I personally bought while living here

Basic furnishing:
- a white dining table and white chairs (not shown in the photos)
- a couch
- a white couch table
- a bed
- a wardrobe
- a drawer
- a TV stand
- a TV
- a vacuum cleaner
- a display/storage unit

Things you must take over from me (€800, mandatory):
- balcony furniture (less than a year old; balcony table set, artificial grass, woven fence)
- a small dishwasher (only a year old, still has the original package)
- a washing machine (only a year old; perfect for small amount of laundry)
- a blind that separates the main space
- a foldable shelf in the kitchen

Things you can take over from me (€200, optional):

- a desk
- a shoe rack
- a book shelf
- a kitchen trolley
