I am go back to my country July so I am looking for person who can move in from June 2021

It's 1 zimmer (one-room) apartment in Eschborn near of Frankfurt.

30k / 1 room, kitchen, toilet, balcony, basement warehouse, shared laundry, parking lot

2. Rent, deposit, Weavernemen
Warm 500€ (amount may increase when contracted in 2021)

Electricity bill not included

Deposit 800€

3. Location
S Bahn: S3, S4 Central Station 15 minutes, Eschborn Schwalbak Sulzbach easy to commute.
By walk S Bahn (S3, S4) 15 minutes, Bus (252) 5 minutes, Rewe (mart) 5 minutes, Park 5 minutes

4. Other
There is an elevator, a Keller in the basement, and a shared laundry facility.
Since the house is managed by the company, the contract is accurate, and if there is a problem in the building next to it, you can visit it without appointments.
There is an unmanned courier storage box next to Rewe, so you don't have to worry about courier in your absence.
Quite and kindness neighborhood.
With a balcony, you can relax with tea or beer.
