Student/intern at IHP looking for a one room flat

I am Matteo, I come from Rome and I am 29 years old. I'm a Material Scientist achieving a master in Photonics at the Technische Hochschule Wildau and for my master thesis I will work at IHP in Frankfurt (Oder) for a period of approximately 6 months. I'll be there since November the 6th and I'm looking for a one room flat in a good position to reach IHP. I speak Italian, English and I'm studying German. I've already lived in Germany during last year, specifically in Charlottenburg, Berlin, and I'm looking forward to come back there. I really enjoy walking, running, sports in general but I also love to read books, to study and increase knowledge. I don't smoke, I don't play any instruments, I am clean, I am quiet and I don't organize parties. My future landlord will never get complaints by the neighbors for noises and bad behaviour due to me.
