Studio zur Untermiete/Sublet in Frankfurt-Bockenheim

Ich werde nächstes Semester ins Ausland gehen, und möchte daher gerne meine Wohnung vom 15. August bis Ende Dezember untervermieten (Ein- bzw. Auszugsdatum können abgesprochen werden).

Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 23 qm groß und liegt zentral in Frankfurt-Bockenheim.
Sie verfügt über eine kleine Küchenzeile (2 Herdplatten, Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine!), Bad und einen hellen Wohnbereich. Im Haus gibt es einen Fitnessraum, Waschmaschinen und Trockner, einen Gemeinschaftsraum und eine Dachterrasse. Ich würde die Wohnung vollmöbliert, d.h. 1,40 m Bett, Schrank, Regal, Sofa, Schreibtisch und kleiner Esstisch, untervermieten (inklusiv Geschirr, Töpfe, Staubsauger, usw.).

Der Mietpreis beträgt 650 Euro, dies beinhaltet alle Kosten (inkl. GEZ, Internet und Nebenkosten). Die Kaution beträgt 650 Euro.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Bockenheimer Campus (Goethe Uni) und Campus Westend ist ca. 10 min mit dem Bus oder Fahrrad entfernt. Die Station ‚Bockenheimer Warte‘ (UBahn, Bus, Tram) ist ca. 2 min entfernt und ist gut vernetzt (3min zum Hauptbahnhof, 4min zur Hauptwache). Gleich um die Ecke befinden sich sowohl Rewe als auch Netto, und weitere Läden (bspw. DM) sind auch nicht weit weg. Zusätzlich gibt es in der Gegend zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars.

Ich möchte die Wohnung an jemanden vermieten, für den eine saubere und ordentliche Wohnung wichtig ist und der sich gut um meine Sachen kümmert. Mir ist es wichtig, die Wohnung in demselben Zustand wieder zu erhalten in dem ich sie abgeben werde. Des weiteren darf in der Wohnung nicht geraucht werden und Haustiere sind auch nicht erlaubt.

I will be going abroad next semester and would like to sublet my flat from the 15th of August to the end of December (we can discuss the move-in and move-out dates).

The flat is 23 square meters in total and is centrally located in Frankfurt-Bockenheim.
It has a small kitchenette (2 hotplates, fridge and dishwasher), a bathroom and a bright living area. The apartment building has a rooftop terrace, a communal area, washers and dryers and a gym. I would sublet the flat fully furnished, i.e., queen size bed, closet, bookshelf, couch, desk and small dining table (including dishes, pots, vacuum, etc.).

The rent is 650 Euros, this includes all costs (incl. GEZ (obligatory costs for the German public broadcasting service), WIFI and utilities). The deposit is 650 Euros.

The flat is right next to the Campus Bockenheim of Goethe University and you can reach Campus Westend by bus and bike in 10 min. The station ‚Bockenheimer Warte‘ (subway, bus and tram) is 2 min away and from there you can go anywhere in Frankfurt (3 min to the main train station and 4min to Hauptwache [the main shopping area]). Close by are grocery stores (REWE, Netto) as well as general shops and lots of restaurants and bars.

I would like to rent the flat to someone for who a clean and tidy environment is important and who will take good care of my things. It is very important to me that I receive the flat back the same way as it was handed over. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment and pets are not allowed as well.
