Looking for someone to rent my furnished room en suite (includes your own bathroom with shower and sink) for 3 months.

It's located right in the center of Campus Westend and close to ReWe (grocery store) and to the U-bahn & bus (5-10min walk). The modern student dormitory was built in 2008 and in very good shape. The kitchen is shared with the rest of the floor which include 11 people in total and is cleaned by maids on a weekly basis. Their is a popular coffee shop downstairs in the lobby and a bicycle rack. Grüneburgpark is also very close by so lot's of fresh air.

The furniture includes a bed, coach, coffee table, coffee maker, large closet, large desk,bookcase, air conditioning and plenty of shelves. The real value is in the private bathroom with shower and sink. it's very modern and easy to clean! There are washers and dryers on the first floor of the building.

Upon agreement, I kindly ask that you pay 1 months (EUR 500) plus the deposit (EUR 500) upfront. Thereafter, you can wire transfer the rent amount to my Commerzbank Account on a monthly basis and I will return your deposit in cash after inspection on the last rented day.

We will sign a basic contract outlining all of the terms and conditions.

A little about myself:
Single German-American male temporarily working in London.
Enjoy playing drum set and horseback riding.

What I am looking for in a tenant:
clean, busy, between the ages of 21-28 and respectful of other peoples' property.
