The smart 1-room apartment is furnitured with a queensize double-bed (140*200cm), a bedsite table, a wardrobe, a buffet with a big smart-TV, a combined extendable eating- and working-table with 2 chairs, a little, but fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
The open kitchen offers 2 hobs, a microwave oven, a kettle, an espresso machine, a fridge with a deep-freezer compartment and all necessary kinds of plates, cups, glasses, pots, frying pan, cutlery etc.
The smart-TV has a satellite-feed with hundreds of channels, many of them in English as well. Netflix and Amazon Prime work well from there. The useage of the fast internet connection (up to 250 MBit/s) via WLan or the own Lan-Access-Point in the apartment is pricely included. The usage of the washing machines and dryers, that are available for all tenants in the basement, is pricely included as well.
The individual bathroom holds a shower, toilet and washbasin.
Furthermore there is an iron and an ironing board in the apartment.
The apartment is optimally fitted for 1-2 persons, max 2 persons possible (doublebed).
The apartment house in the Mainzer Landstrasse in 60327 Frankfurt is located most centrally, directly between the main-station and the international trade fair area - and from there, it's just a 5 minute walk to either of them.
All apartments are fully furnished with their own bathroom, and are equipped - according to their size - with a fully fitted kitchen or a kitchenette.
WLan and all of the usual usage costs are included into the endprice of the apartment.
Every tenant can have an own letterbox. We supply a "Wohnungsgeberbestätigung" for city registration under this adress.
You can choose an individual service-plan with cleaning of your apartment, changement of bedcloth and further plans for you.
The minimum rental time is seven month.
The offered prices are calculated for 1 tenant. No problem to live in the apartments with more than 1 tenant - then the surcharge per month is 100€ for every extra tenant (depending on the size of the apartment).
In case of an unlimited lease, there will be no additional VAT (7%), however in case of a timely limited lease or lease for less than 7 months, the VAT has to be added.
The only additional cost is the "Rundfunkgebühr". This governmental broadcast fee is asked to be paid directly to the Rundfunkgebühr-Servicestelle (not to us).
There will be an endcleaning fee at the end of your lease.
