Cool Apartment

Hello, I am renting a sunny 1 room apartment with a balcony . The apartment is fully furnished and has a well-equipped work/study area with a screen and office chair. The apartment has a separate hallway in the entrance area that leads to the living area with an attached kitchen. The kitchen has a refrigerator, oven, dishes and spices, basically everything you need for cooking. A side table with two chairs is also in the dining area. There is a toilet with sink and wall mirror and a shower with hot water and strong water pressure. Facing the street side is the window front and the approximately 6 square meter balcony with folding chairs, a table, a small cupboard and a kettle grill. The living and sleeping room is bright and has a wardrobe, a 1.40 m wide and large bed, a Billy shelf, a small cupboard opposite the bed with a TV and the work area with a chair, table and screen. In the basement of the apartment there is a laundry room with a washing machine and washing powder. It is a very quiet location close to a large park.
