This is a student dorm from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management therefore only students (no matter which school) are allowed to apply.
It is a 17 m² room that is fully furnished and includes a bathroom with a shower.
In the hall there is a shared kitchen with all the standard appliances which is used by all the other 7 students which are living on this floor.
Included is free laundry and a garage for bicycles.
There are two big storage rooms on the floor that can fit anything extra you may have.
The dorm can come with a parking space but it is an extra 25€ fee per month.

The dorm is a 2 minute walk a bus station, 6 minute walk to two metro station (Nationalbibliothek, Miquel/Adickesallee).
10 Minutes to Hauptbahnhof by metro
4 Minutes to Center City by metro
There are 2 Rewes around the corner, 5 mins walking time, same with a DM, Aldi, and many nice cafes.
You will have to be a student in order to apply for this student housing (from any school) !
