Hallo, I'm looking for a tenant to take over my 23m² apartment in "The Flag" from January and you sign the contract directly with the company. The move-in date can be any day in January and the rent will of course be adjusted accordingly. If you want to start from December, it’s also possible.
The apartment is in Nordend (next to Frankfurt School), with access to U1,2,3,5,8. To Hauptwache is only 6min by Ubahn and 10min to Hbf. Besides, in front of the building is a bus station (bus 32). The apartment is fully furnished (you can take over my furniture, a bed with mattress, a table, a chair and other small furnitures) and allows access to the in-house gym.
In the apartment you have 2 stoves, a dishwasher, large storage space and a modern stylish bathroom. Washing machine is in the basement.
