Hi all, I’m offering my 1 room apartment (28sqm) in beautiful Nordend for rent starting September 1, 2021.
The room has been recently renovated and is located on Rotteckstrasse, Nordend (Facing Friedberger Landstraße). Fit-seven-eleven as well as Rewe are 2 minutes by foot whereas Musterschule U-Bahn Station and Friedberger Platz tram stop are only 4 minutes by foot. The location is very central; Konstablerwache and city centre are only 10 minutes by foot.
Cold rent is €620 (excluding gas and electricity). The room is fully furnished, and a fee of €1,000 (negotiable) is required to take over everything you see in the pictures (Bed, mattress, wardrobe, washing machine, desk, chair, desk lamp, sofa bed, coffee table, TV stand, balcony bench, cupboard, nightstand, curtains, and all kitchen equipment such as kettle, pot, pan, etc.). The furniture is less than 2 years old, and was bought for an amount of +€2,000. The new tenant can also have the choice to take over my internet contract but it is not a must.
A proof of income is required, and the new tenant should plan to stay for at least 2 years.
