Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage in Offenbach zur fast Alleinnutzung.

In meiner Wohnung ist ein Zimmer zur Untermiete frei. Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von der S Bahnstation Ledermuseum, sodass man in weniger als 15 Minuten von der Wohnung im Zentrum Frankfurts ist. Allgemein ist die Umgebung attraktiv mit dem nahegelegenen Hafenviertel (man kann hier zB ein Kanu leihen) und diversen Restaurants, Supermärkten und einem Kino.

Das wohl schönste Zimmer der Wohnung soll nun vermietet werden. Es verfügt über einen Schrank, ein Schlafsofa und einen großen Schreibtisch. Der Balkon geht direkt vom Zimmer ab.
Die Wohnung wurde gerade neu bezogen und eingerichtet und verfügt über alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, vom Geschirrspüler bis zum Pizzastein. Es gibt genug Platz zum Kochen und Essen. Wenn ich nicht da bin, kannst du auch das Wohnzimmer nutzen (das wird sonst zu meinem Büro).
Im Wannenbad steht eine Waschmaschine. Direkt vor der Haustür könntest du bei Bedarf einen eigenen Parkplatz anmieten.
Da ich wohl bis April 2021 so gut wie nie in Frankfurt sein werde, hättest du die Wohnung meist für dich alleine.

Daten sind innerhalb eines gewissen Rahmens flexibel.

I’m subletting one bedroom in my 3 room apartment as due to current conditions I won’t have to start work in Frankfurt until end of the year (or even later). Thus, you will mostly have the flat to yourself as I won’t be around.
The flat was just newly furnished as I was supposed to start working in Frankfurt beginning of April. The flat is close to the Ledermuseum station, just minutes from the centres of Frankfurt or Offenbach. The S Bahn runs directly to the airport, too.
The neighbourhood offers a good selection of restaurants and stores.

The flat has 3 rooms plus a separate kitchen. The nicest room of the flat, the one with a balcony, will be yours. The room is equipped with a bed sofa, wardrobe and desk. The kitchen has enough space to sit and eat. The bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine. If I am not around and have to use the living room for work, use of the living room is also available.
The flat overall is fully equipped, the kitchen has all cooking equipment necessary.
If needed, private parking is available.

I am looking for a calm and orderly tenant who is looking for something temporary to get started in Frankfurt.
