The apartment is a fully furnished, modern 1-room apartment that is approximately 15 square meters in size. The facilities include a bathroom with shower, a kitchenette with induction cooker, refrigerator, microwave and sink, a bed/couch, desk, television, sideboard and cupboard. Underfloor heating.
Everything redone in 2019.
The rent of €447 includes basic rent and all additional costs (heating, electricity, water, TV, internet).
There are washing machines and dryers in the house, which can be used for payment via an app.
The underground car park can be used for bicycles; car parking spaces must be rented separately. There is also a locker belonging to the apartment that offers additional storage space.
The apartment is located in a private dormitory and can therefore only be rented to students.
The rental agreement is initially limited until end of March by the landlord, after which there is an option to extend it.

- Confirmation of enrollment
- Copy of the identity cards of the people moving in
