My apartment has everything you need to either start a new job or find a new, long-term home in Frankfurt: all the necessary furniture (modern corner desk, comfy double-bed mattresses, extra-large wardrobe, etc.) as well as cooking supplies (two-plate cooker, fridge, all pots and pans, table settings and -ware, utensils) and bed/bath linen (sheets, towels). The balcony offers table/chairs and bench. The floor-heated bath features a generous tub, large-mirror wall console and a pleasant shag runner. The well-appointed space boasts pleasing décor, is well-lit, with potted plants for balcony or indoors.

In what likely is Frankfurt’s tallest residential building, the apartment offers unequalled views ranging from International Airport to Mainz/Wiesbaden, Hoechst and most of the Central Banking Quarter. The location is situated in a quiet, upper-middle-class neighborhood, with at least four bus lines within a 3-5 minute walk, with each of them offering excellent connections via U- or S-Bahn or tram from Sued- or Lokalbahnhof. The heart of Sachsenhausen lies a 10-minute stroll from the back door.

The rent is 250 Euros; extra expenses total 100 and include:
