Hello everybody! (German below)

Since I plan a longer stay abroad, I rent my apartment during the period from September 1st. 2020 - October 1st 2021 which is a fully furnished 1/2-room-old apartment in the heart of Frankfurt.
From the main train station it is about 7 minutes on foot and in 10 more minutes you are already in the middle of the city center at the Old Opera house. Also, the University of Goethe is reached in a few minutes by bike (the way is beautiful by the way).
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a renovated old building. The 1/2-bedroom apartment is divided into a sleeping area and a living and dining area. In the living room there is room for clothes (in the wardrobe I can provide space and a nice stable rod is available in the room). A bright and beautiful workplace with fast Wi-Fi are also available.
The small kitchen is separate from the rooms and is equipped with all necessary cooking utensils, a fridge, a stove / oven and a washing machine.
Also in the bathroom next to the bathtub, everything important (except a hair dryer), available. Also iron, ironing board and clothes horse are available. A cellar is not available.
The neighbors are also very helpful and nice.
In the listed costs, everything including utilities, electricity and fast Internet would be available.
The renter should be very clean and tidy. I do not want to smoke or celebrate in the apartment. Ideally, the apartment is suitable for professionals or students who need a central connection.

Hallo zusammen!

Zumal meinerseits ein Auslandsaufenthalt geplant ist, vermiete ich im Zeitraum vom 01.09.2020 - 01.10.2021 mein geliebtes vollmöbliertes 1/2-Zimmer-Altbau-Apartment im Herzen von Frankfurt am Mains.

Vom Hauptbahnhof sind es ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß und in 10 weiteren Minuten ist man schon mitten in der Innenstadt an der alten Oper. Auch die Göthe-Universität ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreicht (der Weg ist übrigens wunderschön).
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1 OG eines sanierten Altbauhauses. Das 1/2-Zimmer-Apartment ist aufgeteilt in ein Schlafbereich und ein Wohn- und Essbereich. Im Wohnbereich ist Platz für Kleider (im Kleiderschrank kann ich Platz verschaffen & eine schöne stabile Stange ist im Raum vorhanden). Ein heller und schöner Arbeitsplatz mit schnellem WLAN sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Die kleine Küche ist getrennt von den Zimmern und ist mit allem nötigen Kochzubehör, einem Kühlschrank, einem Herd/ Ofen, sowie einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet.
Auch im Badezimmer ist neben der Badewanne, alles Wichtige (außer einem Fön), vorhanden. Auch Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett & Wäscheständer sind vorhanden. Ein Keller ist nicht vorhanden.
Die Nachbarn sind auch sehr hilfsbereit und nett.
In den aufgeführten Kosten wäre alles samt Nebenkosten, Strom & schnelles Internet vorhanden.
Der Mieter sollte sehr sauber und ordentlich sein. Ich möchte nicht, dass im Apartment geraucht oder gefeiert wird. Ideal ist das Apartment geeignet für Berufstätige oder Studenten, die eine zentrale Anbindung brauchen.
