Hello friends! I'm going on a trip and offering my lovely apartment in Frankfurt in Weißer Stein, for sublet. Available from May 20 UNTIL the May 31. The rent is 410 euros per 2 weeks.
The apartment is 34m² and features an open space with a balcony, ample natural light, a private bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate kitchen. It comes fully furnished and is ideal for a person. The location is excellent, 10 minutes from the center with the train and station subway lines U1, U2, U3, and U8 and S-bahn S6.
To rent the apartment, a valid residence permit in Germany, a SCHUFA (jetzt beantragen) credit report, and a payslip are required.
