Hi zusammen,

mein Apartmenet Größe S im Wohnheim "The Fizz" wird ab dem 01.01.2024 frei. Da mein aktueller Vertrag bis zum 30.09.2024 läuft suche ich einen Nachmieter ab dem 01.01.2024 der die Wohnung und den Mietvertrag von mir übernimmt. Zur Wohung: Sie ist vollständig möbeliert (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch + Stuhl). Die Küche wurde erst im August neu renoviert. Die Wohnung hat natülrich ein eigenes modernes Bad inklusive Dusche. Im unten gelisteten All Inclusive Preis sind die Benutzung einer Gemeinschaftsterasse (9.Stock mit Blick auf Skyline, ein Fitnessstudio und das Ausleihen von Haushaltsgeräten inklusive) sowie alle Strom und Wasserkosten inkludiert.
Der Gesamtpreis variiert je nach dem wie lange der Mietvertrag von mir übernommen wird.


Wichtig zu wissen, dass es möglich ist am Ende eines jeden Monats zu kündigen. Danach ist ein Auszug, indem man selber einen Nachmieter findet, also genau das was ich hier mache. Da das Wohnheim sich an Praktikanten, Studenten oder Azubis richtet wird auch ein Mieter aus der Gruppe bevorzugt.

Hi all,

my Apartmenet size S in the dormitory "The Fizz" will be vacant from 01.01.2024. Since my current contract runs until 30.09.2024 I am looking for a new tenant from 01.01.2024 who takes over the apartment and the contract from me. About the apartment: It is fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, desk + chair). The kitchen was renovated only in August. The apartment has its own modern bathroom including shower. The All Inclusive price listed below includes the use of a communal terrace (9th floor with skyline view, a gym and the rental of household appliances included) as well as all electricity and water costs. The apartment is located 5min walk from Galluswarte station, from which you can easily get anywhere in Frankfurt.

The total price varies depending on how long the contract is taken over by me.


Important to know that you have the opportunity to treminate the contract at the end of every month, by finding a new tenant yourself, so that is exactly what I am doing here. Since the dormitory is aimed at interns, students or trainees, a tenant from the group is also preferred.
