I am looking for a nachmieter for my current 1 room apartment, since I am moving out of Freiburg in December.
The living area is ~3 by ~6 meters, with a shelved alcove for clothing/storage. One wall is glass and faces the large balcony (~3 * 2 m). There are two more windows, giving the apartment plenty of light.
The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower and enough space for a washing machine. My washing machine is there now, and can be potentially be taken over by the next renter.
The kitchen (connected to the living space) has a sink and two cooking plates, as well as a small fridge, which has all your basics, and enough space to store things. There is another window there.
With the flat belong a storage area in the (dry) basement, as well as a below ground parking spot, and plenty of space to store one or more bikes safely.
The flat is located in a calm part of Alt Haslach. There is a a supermarket (Netto), bakery, pharmacy and grocer within 100 meters, as well as a bus stop of line 14 that goes to the train station. On foot, the train station is less than 15 minutes away. Also very close is the Dreisam, for a relaxing walk by the river.
Within 10 minutes walking of the flat are also several other supermarkets and shops, and the city center is 10-15 minutes by bike, or a bit longer on foot or with public transport.
I am advertising this apartment on behalf of the owner. There is an opportunity to visit on December 6. Please get in touch if you are interested in coming there. There is no opportunity to visit otherwise.
Included in the rent are heating, water and service costs (including a hausmeister service).
Internet and electricity are arranged independently (I paid ~25 a month for electricity).
Waste disposal tax and GEZ come separately, there is a communal waste arrangement within the building to keep costs low.
The taking over fee of 150 € includes the washing machine (bought new 2 years ago), and shelves in the wardrobe and kitchen will stay behind as well. Other things can be negotiated.
Potentially, my internet contract can be transferred.
