as i will be away for holiday, i would sublet my apartment.
the rent is incl ancillary cost (water, electricity). there is also a parking lot for a small car. the kitchen has a mini bar (small refrigerator), and two plate stove. there is also lift on the apartment. the washing maschine use token (so far i always wash at my friend's flat).
pillow and bedsheets would be provided as well as bed and shelves.
there is option to extend the stay (-/+ 1 weeks)
if you want to rent daily/weekly, its also fine.
unfortunately smoking and pets are not allowed.
there are cafe, supermarket, bakery, and gas petrol in surrounding.
the bus stop is within 1 min. the tram stop is 5 min walk.
i could also lend a bike to you. to go to city centre by bike, you will only need 7 min.
